Shipping and Delivery: We understand that you're excited to receive your candles, and we'll do our best to get them to you as quickly as possible. We aim to ship your order within 3 business days using reliable carriers like USPS and UPS for deliveries within the United States. Please note that transit times may vary from state to state, and we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the carriers. However, we will provide you with tracking information so you can keep an eye on your package's progress.
For our international customers, we will use USPS First Class or Priority International to ship your order. However, it's important to note that any additional tariffs or duties imposed by your country's customs office will be your responsibility. Please be aware of your country's import regulations before placing your order. Please note, we suspend our shipping internationally due to the extreme heat during the summer months of June-August.
If you prefer to use a different carrier of your choice, we're happy to accommodate your request. Simply reach out to us via email at hi@buenavistacandles.com before completing your order, and we'll assist you in arranging the shipment through your preferred carrier.
Returns and Damages: We want you to love your candles, so please choose your products carefully. Due to the nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a package that has been damaged during transit, we're here to help. Please send us an email with photographic evidence of the damage, along with a detailed description of the incident, to hi@buenavistacandles.com. We will do our best to make it right and ensure your satisfaction.
